Payment terms:
You can pay for your stay by credit card or advance bank transfer.
A short stay is bookable from 3 days/2 nights.
Cancellation policy:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 50% of the total package price
- up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total package price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price
When booking, the full price for the duration of the stay must be paid. The total price includes the one-time final cleaning fee (of € 50) and the tourist tax (of € 2,60 p.day/p.person).
After successful reservation you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with all information about the apartment, the garage, the beach box, keys and unlocking the parking lot lock.
Access to apartment 222 is via an access code, which we will send you before your arrival either by e-mail, by WhatsApp or via SMS – this code loses its validity after your departure.
